Maisey Yates takes us into a world where a few young college
students will suffer
the most tragic experience of their life. The suicide of one
of their own changes
their lives forever. TAKE ME is a prequel which introduces
readers into the New York's
elite where money cannot buy you happiness and secrets can
kill.
Travis Beringer and Sydney Davis have been best
friends forever. One
Christmas party will mark the ripple of changes for not only
their lives but also
many others. Sarah Michael, Sydney's roommate will jump to
her death that
night. In dealing with their grief, Sydney and Travis take
their relationship
further. Was this wise? What happens to them now? As they
both try to come to
grips with their emotions over all that has happened, they
also have to deal with
what is really important right now.
I really enjoyed his introduction to a series that I
could not get enough of.
What a great way to get a reader excited about trilogy that
with each different
novel, with it's own storyline that will all intermix
together! You don't feel frustrated
with the characters' decisions but sympathize with their
struggles.
With Sydney's
insecurities and Travis passion for her, I found myself not
able to put TAKE ME down
without finding out first if they take the chance with each
other. With this much
suspense in finding out what really happens to Sarah, I
cannot wait to read the
rest of the series.
Maisey Yates puts just enough sizzle in this prequel to get
you
hooked. TAKE ME will definitely have you wanting more!
After reading TAKE ME by Maisey Yates, be ready to
this summer to
continue with the trilogy.
