MINE TO HOLD by Cynthia Eden is a rollercoaster ride from start to finish. Claire went into hiding after her sister Sara's funeral. She was good at disappearing and running, it is what she did best. Now knowing that she needs help she turns to the one person she thinks that can help her, Noah York.

Noah is surprised to hear from Claire after not hearing from her or seeing her months. She tells him she needs a job. That is if the offer still stands that she can contact him anytime she needs something. Noah has been looking for her all this time, he even had Trace Weston and his crack security company looking for her, but it was like she vanished off the face of the earth. Now she turns up on his doorstep out of the blue needing a job.

This time he will not let her get away and he plans on keeping her close, very close, because for some reason he can not get her out of his head and his soul and that is something that never happened to him.

The fire that ignites between Noah and Claire in MINE TO KEEP, continues to blaze brightly in MINE TO HOLD. Ms. Eden sure knows how to write a story between two people who belong together. Whether those two people want to admit it or not. There is always drama, conflict and sordid pasts for the characters to overcome, but in the end she makes it work for them and they come out the other end better people and better as a couple.

That is no exception for Noah and Claire. I really liked these two characters and feel that they are perfect for each other. MINE TO HOLD is fast paced and thrilling from the beginning to the end. You can read this story as a standalone, but it much better if you go back and read the other books in this series. I recommend MINE TO HOLD to any reader who likes romance, suspense and a good story.
