Erotic

Estrella Rios is a jaguar shifter. Orphaned at age five she knows little of the shifter world and the little she does know she doesn't like. While doing a favor for her artist friend Sabrina at a showing she encounters a wolf shifter while helping out the caterers by serving drinks. He demands to know what she is doing in his Alpha's territory without letting him know. She pretends ignorance of such things as Alpha's and asking permission to live anywhere, though it's not all ignorance. And to be honest the hunky wolf was certainly TEMPTING THE JAGUAR.

On her way home she's has someone on her tail so she pulls over to let the person pass only to find that he had also pulled over too. On this night she learns something else... vampires do exist and for some reason they want her.

Rainer luckily finds himself following Estrella and comes to her aid and rescue. Injured, though healing quickly, he allows Estrella to help him. He manages to get a few details out of her about her life, but nothing on why the vampires are after her. The vampires return and the couple shift and run.

So much for her quiet orderly life, now she must learn to deal with a sexy, possessive wolf, his whole pack and the vampires that keep trying to take her and swear they don't want to harm her. The world she had grown up in is about to change in a bizarre unforeseen way. By the end of the drama will Rainer still want to claim her?

TEMPTING THE JAGUAR is a fantastic read. It's filled with non-stop action that quickly leads the reader to a surprise ending. Estrella and Rainer burn up the pages as their shifter sides immediately recognize each other. Author Katie Reus knows how to write a book filled with what women want yet is able to keep it fresh and alive. With the number of Rainer's brothers mentioned in this book, I am hoping to see more along this line from Ms. Reus.

SUMMARY

Jaguar shifter Estrella Rios is packless, and she likes it that way. No one is going to tell her what to do, least of all the sexy but arrogant wolf shifter who intends to claim her as his mate…

Rainer wants to know what a lone cat is doing in his pack's territory without permission—but mostly he just wants her. From the moment he meets Estrella, their attraction is scorching and undeniable. But enemy vampires have set their sights on Estrella, too, and keeping her safe proves difficult, especially when it's clear there's more to Estrella's heritage than either of them could imagine. Now they must discover the truth before it becomes too late for Rainer to ever claim her heart…

But enemy vampires have set their sights on Estrella, too, and keeping her safe proves difficult…and keeping his hands off her is impossible.
