When I first started BLAME IT ON TEXAS, I didn't think it would blow me away like it did. Behind this innocent romance cover is so much depth and an excellent story!

After having just recently read a book where the romance happened way too soon without any room for chemistry development, I was absolutely thrilled with the way Christie Craig gave her characters TIME to get to know each other. The flirtation between Zoe and Tyler was intense and my favorite part of BLAME IT ON TEXAS. As the reader, you know they are both crazy about each other but Zoe's refusal to get involved with him keeps the reader interested.

BLAME IT ON TEXAS has a great mystery element, very steamy sex scenes, intense chemistry, a love connection that you can't help but root for, and best of all it is funny! BLAME IT ON TEXAS actually made me smile and laugh. I absolutely loved every page of this book.

The writing flows at a fast pace and there are no boring moments. The mystery keeps you constantly guessing to figure out the outcome. If you are looking for a contemporary romance that will make you swoon, smile, laugh, and just put you in a great mood, BLAME IT ON TEXAS is without a doubt that book. I am so glad I read it and I look forward to the next story, TEXAS HOLD 'EM!
