Captain Sara Weston is heading up an Air Force
Recruitment tour. Sara was completely taken back when
Lucas "Solo" Carnes , her former lover, volunteered for the
tour as a speaker/recruiter. After being "dumped" by the
selfish, egotistical fighter pilot 7 years ago, Sara is
extremely uncomfortable in having him as part of her team. Lucas has returned from Afghanistan with a new look at
life and the things he now knows to be truly important in
life; namely, Sara. Thus is his reason for joining the
tour. Finding each other again and renewing the hot sex
and physical draw they hold for each other, Sara is
blackmailed and her credibility is threatened by a jealous
female officer after they are seen kissing. Realizing Sara
is the most important thing in his entire life, Lucas is
forced to use extreme measures in saving his only love's
career. Lucas must also reveal to Sara all that happened
during his crash in Afghanistan. Jo Leigh has a winner with this story; so full of emotion
and compassion. Sara and Lucas are struggling to admit
their feelings of 7 years ago still exist. Both are
fighting to renew their love while striving to protect each
other from the vindictiveness of a jealous woman. This is
a page turner and a very easy read.

SUMMARY
Subject: Captain Luke "Solo" Carnes. Current Status: On temporary assignment. Mission: Public recruitment and saving his ex's tail! Obstacle: He wants much, much more than that… Sara Weston, an Air Force Captain herself, needs a pilot for
her recruitment program, and fast. And she's found the
perfect candidate. Top gun pilot Luke Carnes is qualified,
charismatic and available. Problem #1—he's ridiculously hot.
Problem #2— he broke Sara's heart years ago… But she'll be professional. Just as long as she's never
close to him. Never under his gaze. And never in his bed. Then again, never is a long, long time…
