It was about this time last year that I discovered Tracy
Wolff and her Harlequin SuperRomances. I was instantly
hooked. With her newest release, Beginning With Their Baby,
I'm again reminded why I like this author and her fast
paced and entertaining stories.
Camille Arraby is a free spirit who flits from place to
place without much regard for the people whose lives she
touches and then leaves behind. When she finds herself
pregnant, she knows that the right thing to do is to inform
the dad, Matt Jenkins.
Matt is a planner and a caregiver. He appears not to have
a spontaneous bone in his body. When Camille leaves him,
as was prearranged, he takes it hard. Matt had believed he
could change his free-flying butterfly into a homebody.
Now Camille is back just as Matt has finally decided to
attempt to move on. They both want to do what is right for
the baby but can the free spirit and the planner actually
work out their differences to form a family?
I know many people who don't care for the secret baby plot.
Beginning With Their Baby makes no attempt to hide
the child from the father and in fact does quite the
opposite...it lets the father in from the beginning. I
enjoyed every page of Beginning With Their Baby as I
watched Camille begin to trust her motherly nesting
instincts, and Matt realize that not every minute aspect of
life can be planned.
Now, I might just try to appease my impatience with having
to wait for the next SuperRomance release from Ms. Wolff by
trying one of her more erotic releases.
