Izzy the adventurous Titan sister is now facing the biggest
challenge of her life. Blindness. Surgery that could return
her sight comes with the possibility of permanent total
blindness if unsuccessful. She can't come to grips with how
scared she is. Scared of living in darkness and fearful
after the explosion on the oil rig have left her in totally
unfamiliar territory. Izzy has always been fearless --
swimming with sharks, sky diving you name it. But is she up
to the most challenging time of her life? Her sisters Skye
and Lexi who are not about to sit by and let her spend the
rest of her life staring into space have a plan. They hire
Nick Hollister to kidnap and take Izzy to his ranch where he
has been very successful helping kids recover from personal
traumas. Nick and his staff are known to do miracles with
these kids. For Nick, helping kids is his way to assuage
guilt over his role in a tragic event. At the ranch the kids
can escape for a while and hopefully be better equipped to
face life with renewed trust and confidence. This is Nick's
goal for Izzy. Ever careful to avoid developing feelings the
one thing Nick never expected was becoming so close to Izzy
who was beginning to know him better than just about anyone.
If he didn't get involved no one would get hurt. There was
only one person who was as close as a brother to Nick, Garth
Duncan. So just as Nick works to gain Izzy's trust and love
he knowingly hides his relationship with the very person
suspected of causing the oil rig explosion. Both Izzy and
Nick have diligently guarded their hearts but neither can
deny how being with each other makes sense. So how can
something so right be so very wrong...

Titan sisters. So far we have been captivated by three very
different dynamic women who have suffered a strained
relationship with a rather uncaring father. They have also
weathered some stormy days dealing with a newly discovered
brother who seemingly is much like their father. The next
book will conclude the series with Garth's story. I think we
are in for some surprises there. I can't wait!
