Norsewoman Britta Asadottir has traveled forward in time, bringing with her a bad attitude about bossy men and a steely determination to make her own way. That attitude, plus her large, well-muscled body, oughta make her a perfect fit for the WEALS, a Navy SEALS program for women. And she does, in fact, seem to be excelling.

The challenge, though, is not so much the physical feats. It's staying away from Navy SEAL instructor Zachary Floyd, who is so gorgeous he's been nicknamed Pretty Boy.

Zach is attempting to do his job and get a group of women through the WEALS program, while at the same time acclimating to having a young son as a new addition to his life.

Ms. Hill continues her witty and fun Viking time-travel series with DOWN AND DIRTY. Britta is a likable and unusual heroine and Zach -- well, he's a sexy pretty boy and a Navy SEAL. Got a lot goin' for him there! You'll want to read this entire series.
