Gemma Halliday has written an amusing tale combining chick-lit with mystery. Maddie Springer is a determined heroine who leaves no stone unturned. She is supported by secondary characters that are wonderfully eccentric. They add to the comedic relief, and keep the fast-paced story flowing. KILLER IN HIGH HEELS is action packed and filled with one humorous event after another. This is a fun book not to be missed.
