Sheriff Dylan Taber had doubts about Hope lasting more than
six days, but if she planned to stay, he figured he should
let her know exactly what she was in for.

have two grocery stores and two restaurants. You're sitting

"What? That I've moved to a town of alcoholic, gun-toting,
sheep-loving Four H'ers?"
"Oh, boy," he said as he shook his head. "That's what I was
afraid of. You're going to be trouble, aren't you?"
"Me?" She innocently placed a hand on her chest. "I swear
you aren't even going to know I'm in town."
