When the body of Miss Drake is snatched, Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson journey to New York to investigate. There, they meet and quickly become at odds with Detective Sergeant Mylo Strumm and his partner, Detective Murray, of the New York Police.

But as the Body Snatchers leave a trail of victims in their wake, the four detectives must join forces to try and unravel it all.
