After an engagement gone terribly awry, American
interior designer Eva Anderson has finally met the man of
her dreams. Handsome, charming Owen Martin is one of
London's most talented musicians, and he's head over heels
for Eva to boot. They fall in love, get married, and go on
a fabulous honeymoon to Paris.
But Owen forgot to tell Eva one little detail: he's
actually a top secret British spy . . . oh, and there are
more than a few women in his past. Unfortunately for Eva,
one of those women is the beloved younger sister of Middle
Eastern terrorist Hassam Khalil. Hassam wants nothing more
than revenge on Owen for defiling his sister, so he kidnaps
Eva.
Owen rushes to the catacombs of Paris to rescue his new
bride only to discover that she's learned all of his worst
secrets and wants nothing more to do with him. From the
teashops of London to the cafes of Paris and the ports of
Alexandria, Owen and Eva encounter terrorists run amok,
friends with the best of intentions, guns, fangirls, and
espionage galore. But, will love ever be enough to overcome
the lies of this British spy?

Re: Love, Lies, and British Spies
I always suspected that about writers. Dorothy Sayers always got mocked for being in love with Peter Wimsey, but I thought he was worth it! (Lisa Elwood 2:41pm April 15, 2013)
I find it interesting for a female Author to write her books from a male point of view. I must say that I'm not familiar with your writing, but I'm going to have to pick up one of your books and read them, just to see what they're like. I don't recall reading one written that way before. I love the cover to your latest book, and Un sure it will make fof a good read, too!! (Peggy Roberson 8:25pm April 15, 2013)
You must have fun mentally picturing those handsome, inticing guys. Makes me wonder how many are inspired by guys you have known during your lifetime. (Gladys Paradowski 9:53pm April 15, 2013)
I love reading form his point of view, giving a different level of understanding of the person he is - from what he is thinking, to what he observes. What lady wouldn't want to crawl inside the head of a man for a few hours? (Carla Carlson 10:14am April 16, 2013)
The British spy sounds interesting and since I'm an Anglophile I'll probably like him. (Michelle Fidler 3:57pm April 16, 2013)
I have a thing for that British accent. When I hear British spy, the first thing that comes to mind is James Bond (Daniel Craig).... (Kai Wong 10:23pm April 16, 2013)
