Re: A Demon Does It Better

I like sci-fi, NOT that I would want to be in that place but I enjoy a wild read!

I think it could be fascinating to view the world from a critter's eyes, to see what would appeal as a critter and what would repel. If I could figure out the latter I could help my mother-in-law with her mole problem.

Books that ruffle my feathers intrigue me.

Cheryl English 5:29am January 3, 2012)

I think it would be too scary. Happy to read it though.

Being a cat in the Carmony household wouldn't be bad at all!

I have always said I would have loved to be one of my own cats. They are spoiled beyond belief.

Debbie Penny 6:16am January 3, 2012)

I'd love to be a cat, if they're part of the family, they're treated like gold.
(
Mary Smith 6:54am January 3, 2012)

Sure I'll do it and hang out at my house where my husband would spoil me rotten along with the rest of the fur babies.

A Demon Does it Better is definitely going on my TBB list! I
can always depend on Linda Wisdom for a kick-butt heroine with
a sense of humor that (literally) has me laughing out loud!

I definitely think I would be much too 'thin skinned' to hang out inside a critter
(
Shirley Younger 8:21am January 3, 2012)

Catchy title. :) Enjoy the humour in your book!

I have always felt that Cats are the most intelligent pet - always on their terms or not at all. Well that's my cats view!
(
Barbara Hanson 9:08am January 3, 2012)

If I was my dog I wouldn't mind. She is so adored, it wouldn't be bad to be pampered and it would be interesting to see the world through her eyes.

Kathleen Bianchi 9:42am January 3, 2012)

I think cats are very smart animals...probably the smartest..I love cats....Thanks for sharing..
(
Dawn Staniszeski 9:44am January 3, 2012)

I am so glad to be entered into this contest. I just discovered you yesterday through a fellow facebooker. Just had to throw that out there first. I wouldn't mind hanging out inside a critter...just so long as I'm still pampered! *laughs*
(
Sebrina Cassity 10:15am January 3, 2012)

I think it would be fun to be a critter, as long as I know I can go back. Forever would be a different animal.
(
Renee Brown 10:22am January 3, 2012)

I wouldn't mind hanging out inside of a critter for a while. The question would be which one. There are so many that I not only love, but I admire for one reason or another, such as the sleekness of cats, the loyalty of dogs, the beauty of the hummingbird, the swiftness of a dragonfly. Then you have others like the cheetah, the wise owl, or the eagle. I must say that your posting has me totally enthralled and eager to read your book. I wish you a very Happy and Healthy New Year!!
(
Peggy Roberson 10:44am January 3, 2012)

I love all these comments, ladies!

My dogs are very spoiled. Same with our parrot and tortoise.

I think the only drawback for any of us to hang out in a critter too long is no chocolate and coffee!

Thank you all for stopping by!
(
Linda Wisdom 10:44am January 3, 2012)

I would enjoy seeing the world from a cats perspective, or our
dog. Looks like an interesting book.
(
Gayle Cochrane 10:51am January 3, 2012)

Cats always seem to know exactly what they want...even if their humans
can't quite understand what it is! Congrats on the new book and Happy
New Year!
(
E Felder 11:00am January 3, 2012)

One critter I would like to be is someone's well loved pet! I also wouldn't mind being a hawk or an eagle and just float.
(
Ellen Clampitt 11:19am January 3, 2012)

Oh sounds like another great read from you... It would be interesting to see things from a pet's or animal's view of things...
(
Colleen Conklin 12:19pm January 3, 2012)

I like the idea of a hawk or eagle.

This is why I enjoy writing flash fiction with the critters from my books. You get to see the world from their eyes. And what they'll do to get into trouble.
(
Linda Wisdom 12:37pm January 3, 2012)

Injoyed your blog. I quess it would be fun to live inside a pampered poodle for a while.
(
Sheila True 12:53pm January 3, 2012)

I always say my husabnd and I work really hard to give our cat a nice place to stay. He rules our house.
(
Sandy Fielder 1:23pm January 3, 2012)

I would love to be a cat. Mine is spoiled rotton. Thanks for giving me a chance to win your book.
(
Linda Hall 1:34pm January 3, 2012)

I's love to be a dog for a day just to find out what is so
fascinating in smelling stuff (it's usually rather yucky stuff
for my dog).
(
Ilona Fenton 1:47pm January 3, 2012)

I have always wondered about life from the viewpoint of my cats and dogs---so I'd love to hang out in their world for a day or more.
(
Sue Farrell 2:05pm January 3, 2012)

Great blog Linda!!! The book sounds fabulous!!! :)

If I were going to be a critter I'd love to be a horse... I grew up with them on a ranch and I loved watching them snort and prance and play when you turned them loose in the arena...

I'd love to feel that power and run like the wind...

Good luck with the new release!

Lisa :)
(
Lisa Kessler 2:30pm January 3, 2012)

Looks like a great book, no I wouldn't like to be inside a creature...
(
Vikki Parman 2:54pm January 3, 2012)

It might be fun to be a cat for a little while, but someone would have to cook for me..have you smelled cat food :-)
(
Cheryl Ricin 3:12pm January 3, 2012)

I agree about the smell of cat food. Dog food can be that way too. I get a lot of dog food scented kisses. It's fun to see how you all answer my question.
(
Linda Wisdom 3:44pm January 3, 2012)

It would be interesting to be inside a critter for a few days see the world
from their point of view.
(
Anabell Gomez 4:43pm January 3, 2012)

A Demon Does it Better...WOW
(
Debbie Ellis 5:31pm January 3, 2012)

Oh, oh, oh! Give me even one day as something powerful that can fly!!! A raptor, a gryphon, a dragon, a phoenix (since I'm wishing I might as well reach for the moon). I love jumping out of planes. I love heights. Give me the grandest views of the earth and the power of the wind. LOL, thanks, Linda. This exercise made my day ;)
(
Angela McCallister 6:02pm January 3, 2012)

It would be fun and fascinating to hang out being inside a critter for awhile and getting to see and explore everything from their perspective. Might be fun just to climb around and snoop (if I were a cat) and get pampered laying around on cozy pillows. Love the title and the cover of 'A Demon Does It Better'.
(
Linda Luinstra 6:11pm January 3, 2012)

As long as I had an iron clad promise that I would be back in my normal body the very next day, then I wouldnt mind hanging out inside a critter for a while. It would kind of like shape-shifting which is something I've always wanted to try.
(
April Harvey 6:15pm January 3, 2012)

Does a demon do it better. If I win I'll know for sure!
(
Kathleen Jones 6:24pm January 3, 2012)

I wouldn't mind hanging out inside a critter for awhile, if I could change back when I wanted. Think it would be a great experience to be able to fly like an eagle and soar high in the sky, then be able to change to another animal, at another time, to experience what they do.
(
Rich Cook 6:47pm January 3, 2012)

I love shifters and would enjoy being a panther very much.
(
Diane Sadler 6:55pm January 3, 2012)

I love the idea of shape-shifting and I would LOVE to have the ability.
(
Mattie King 7:20pm January 3, 2012)

I am too allergic to cats to want to be one! HA!
(
Jennifer Beyer 7:21pm January 3, 2012)

This sounds like a fascinating read. I so love paranormal romance, and A Demon Does It Better will definitely be on my list.
(
Lynne Mauro 7:26pm January 3, 2012)

I certainly would consider an animal, yet a friendly one would be best for companionship and listening. Native American Indians consider animals as their kindred spirits and are mindful of their habitat and treatment.
(
Alyson Widen 1:16pm January 4, 2012)

I would love to be a sleek panther!!
(
Marcelle Cole 4:09pm January 4, 2012)

Talk about some great ideas here! I call my dogs hellhounds and Barney will be one in a future book. Trust me, it's fitting. :}
I've heard so many people say they don't have an imagination, but it's amazing what they can come up with.
(
Linda Wisdom 5:32pm January 4, 2012)

Oh if it had to be any animal, of course a cat would be my favorite (they call me catslady lol).
(
Jeanne Sheats 11:00pm January 5, 2012)

This book sounds totally cool. Hope I can read it soon. Have a great day. :)
