Fantasy Urban
Jane Yellowrock is a shape-shifting skinwalker - and a
vampire killer for hire. But lately she's found herself
taking blood money from the very vampires she used to
hunt... Things are heating up in the Big Easy. Weres have announced
their existence to the world, and revived the bitter
tensions that run between them and their old enemies:
vampires. As a trusted employee of Leo Pellissier, Blood
Master of the City, Jane finds herself caught in the cross
fire. When Jane is attacked by a pack of marauding werewolves,
she is thankful for the help of a mysterious stranger named
Girrard. He explains that he used to be Leo's "Mercy
Blade," a sacred position charged with killing vampires who
have gone insane. What Jane doesn't know is why this
powerful assassin left New Orleans - or, more troubling,
why he's now returned. It's definitely not to make Jane's
life easier...

Re: Mercy Blade
love these kind of books. Vampires etc. (Kathy Weber 6:14pm January 15, 2011)
Great series! (Sandra Lane 10:52am January 22, 2011)
I must say that that was a pretty steamy blog!! I definately have to read the book now!! lol I wanted to leave my comment, then go on to your blog to find out about those cat tats, so I thought I would wish you the best with your book (although you won't need it :) ), and to let you know that this is something I normally wouldn't read, but got pulled in after reading your blog. Thank you for a most interesting read!! (Peggy Roberson 12:54pm January 23, 2011)
I had read and liked "Skinwalker" but lost track of the series during the big publisher e-book embargo/shuffle last year. Thanks for the reminder - I'll look for the next books. (Carol Drummond 1:22pm January 23, 2011)
Thank you for a taste of Witch Central. (Mary Preston 2:23pm January 23, 2011)
Thanks for the info on Witch Central. I'm not much for vamps and weres and fairy's, etc. Witches, yes I'll read about them..... (Brenda Rupp 3:44pm January 23, 2011)
Thanks, y'all! I am having a lot of fun with this series. Molly, the earth witch, (and her hubby and children) are a big part of the series and of Jane Yellowrock's life. I do want to do some spinoffs with the Everharts and the Trubloods. They are lovely characters! The short in the anthology STRANGE BREW is from Molly's POV, and you witch lovers might really like it! (Faith Hunter 4:25pm January 23, 2011)
very interesting--new to me, so I will have to check this out (Barbara Studer 5:44pm January 23, 2011)
WOW I think i need a nap with the hubby ;0) (Vickie Hightower 6:29pm January 23, 2011)

Wish all readying interviews were this interesting! (Maria Munoz 7:49pm January 23, 2011)
I can't wait to read the book it sounds so awsome! (Jane Thompson 8:31pm January 23, 2011)
Enjoyed the interview. And I totaly agree who wants left overs? Not I. Theresa N weceno(at)yahoo(dot)com (Theresa Norris 8:45am January 24, 2011)
I love hearing stories in other media where the interviewee brings the book to life and stays in character as if it's in the setting imagined in the story and with all the other characters revolving around the conflict. (Alyson Widen 11:58am January 26, 2011)
