Romance Paranormal

Dangerous curves lie ahead in the latest hilarious novel from the national bestselling author of Real Vampires Hate Their Thighs. Glory St. Clair is a vampire with man trouble. Between her on-again, off-again lover Jeremy Blade, smoking hot rock star Ray Caine, and former bodyguard turned apartment mate Valdez, there's enough man-candy around to make even a gal with a liquid diet feel a sugar rush.

Glory's got no time to enjoy it, though, considering that she's in the middle of planning her best friend's wedding. And let's not forget that there happens to be a hit on her head, thanks to when she took out a techno-freak billionaire. Now, between planning a bachelorette party and dodging stakes, Glory has to decide which man she really wants, before her love life meets an early grave...

Re: Real Vampires Have More To Love

I love this series and can not wait to read this one!
Go Glory!
(Chris Jones 7:17pm October 8, 2010)

This sounds very interesting. I never thought of the changes in the way that it would effect a woman. Men are pretty much the same over time. But women are always thinking family, style foods, etc. Thank you for the new point of view.

This book sounds like fun, fun, fun....
(
Clicia Tremblay 1:45am January 4, 2011)

I agree and think the most fun part of writing is putting yourself (or your characters) into fantasy situations! Great blog post!

Krysten Hager 2:02am January 4, 2011)

Greetings:
Unique, way of thinking and very creative.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Dayle Butler 2:10am January 4, 2011)

How much fun it must be to write about people with that kind of history! Sounds really good!
(
Joanne Reynolds 6:30am January 4, 2011)

I wouldn't mind tying myself to a man for all eternity if he
was the right one. Forever is a long time to play the field,
there could be a hundred years between boyfriends. No thank
you. One is enough.

Tanja Haack 7:51am January 4, 2011)

(
Vickie Hightower 9:13am January 4, 2011)

I love vampire stories, and this book sounds Great! If I were to live forever, I'd be playing the field. Too many men out there to just stick with one!
(
Deanna Mancuso 9:22am January 4, 2011)

Vampires is always a must in my opinion. You have to love romance and falling in love
(
Anthonia Sharp 10:21am January 4, 2011)

Vampires never get old! ;)
(
Diane Pollock 10:28am January 4, 2011)

(
Pat Wilson 10:38am January 4, 2011)

(
Anthonia Sharp 10:57am January 4, 2011)

I'd opt for one guy, forever, just like I have it now in this life! Thanks for a fun series.
(

Danger, love, romance, eternity, i am going to love this book
(
Anthonia Sharp 11:26am January 4, 2011)

sounds like a winner here
(
Debbi Shaw 11:27am January 4, 2011)

Hi, Kat!

I love your books and I love trilogies. Hope I'm not too late in entering this contest.

With one book, you get a story of a couple, but with trilogies, you get books about families or friends, so the main story is carried on with the addition of added people.
(
Cathy Phillips 11:43am January 4, 2011)

I love the fact that you treat your characters like real people--relationship issues
(never was there a time without the questions you ask), appearance issues
(curves really are okay), and how long anything will last in "forever time".
(
Sandra Spilecki 11:57am January 4, 2011)

I love Glory and Jeremy (have all the books.
(
Cheryl Ricin 12:09pm January 4, 2011)

ohh very cool sounds like a great read....

(
Clio Teixeira 12:43pm January 4, 2011)

Ilove reading about vampires, especially if they are also fun. Humor goes a long way.
(
Patricia Hill 12:51pm January 4, 2011)

Your a new to me author... I like the sound of your books... :)
(
Colleen Conklin 1:03pm January 4, 2011)

Big time Blade fan here. I love this series.
(
Tanisha Brown 1:15pm January 4, 2011)

It depends, are they going to live forever, also? I might play the field for awhile, then find a nice one and settle down.
[email protected]
(
Debbie Penny 1:15pm January 4, 2011)

If I were going to live forever, I would have to start off playing the field until I found the right person, of course!! I don't think anybody in their right mind would just start out finding someone and just settle down until they thought they were the right person. Circumstances like that are very rare, and I doubt if I would be that lucky. Thank you for the great contest, and I hope you have a Happy and Healthy New Year!!
(
Peggy Roberson 1:20pm January 4, 2011)

I think that a new vampire or immortal would still see things like they all ways have but to a 1000 or more year old immortal, I would think that a new year was no different than the last unless they had someone that made them live in the now.
(
William Cheney 1:25pm January 4, 2011)

If I was in Glory's shoes how could I settle down with that many hot and hunky guys at my fingertips. I say enjoy and just see where the cards fall, whether it's tomorrow or 500 years from now. Life will always throw you the unexpected no matter how much of it you have experienced, and I don't see how you could ever experience to much.
(
Katrinya Gonzalez 1:39pm January 4, 2011)

I love your "Real Vampires" Series - haven't yet read More to Love - but looking forward to it bigtime!!!
(
Jessica Brainerd 2:06pm January 4, 2011)

I have not read the Real Vampire series and would love to. I enjoy reading the paranormal series that are funny and make you laugh out loud and play on your emotions. If I was to live for ever I would probable set a limit if after 50 years and you still get along then extend the relationship another 50 years. Some times for ever is a verrrry Looong Time
(
Cj Swier 2:09pm January 4, 2011)

PLAY THE FIELD.... I know somewhere in me lies a total freak so I am going for the field...lol. Plus, it is a total opposite of my current life and being with the same person for 12 years...
(
Michele Powell 2:15pm January 4, 2011)

If I were going to live forever I would love to tie myself to one man - if I knew he could make me eternally happy. But until then - I'd be playing the field.
(
Jessica Badeaux 2:17pm January 4, 2011)

Interesting blog. :) Major changes like that would be difficult, despite having years and years to evolve. I can't say whether I would play the field or settle down with one man. It would greatly depend on who I met. It would be lonely to be without a companion but on the other hand, I wouldn't want to be too hasty.
(
Sara Denluck 2:22pm January 4, 2011)

My daughter enjoys vampire books.I will tell her about this book.
(
Debbie Holbrook 2:40pm January 4, 2011)

Eternally choices sounds wonderful, and fantasies do too.
(
Mary Shaw 3:19pm January 4, 2011)

Humor and a number of boyfriends, what could be better>
(
Kathleen Bianchi 3:31pm January 4, 2011)

There would be eons of change. It is truly mind boggling.
(
Mary Preston 4:41pm January 4, 2011)

I'm not not familiar with Glory St. Clair and her gang of friends but they sound like great characters! I have the pleasure hanging out with a few friends several years my seniors. They are in there eighties I enjoy listing to them talk about all the interesting changes through the years! One is amazed with all the technology and looks forward in seeing what is next! I love reading about Vampires and enjoying the time tribulations and changes they endure. I'm currently reading a historical vampire book and I must say it is a Great read! Now for your question I would rather love one man eternally. To be eternally desired couldn't get better than that!
(
Jeannie Doucette 4:42pm January 4, 2011)

I'd eternally play the field. He isn't living forever, too? So I'd automatically have multiply men.
(
Leni Kaye 4:53pm January 4, 2011)

I'm a one man kind of woman. Playing the field would soon become tedious in itself.
(
Tabitha Monroe 4:54pm January 4, 2011)

tht a new twist to vamp book would love to read and bog on it about for you have great one the cover is very interesting
(
Desiree Reilly 5:27pm January 4, 2011)

Sounds like fun! Please count me in the contest. Thanks!
(
Molly Wilsbacher 7:29pm January 4, 2011)

Well I got to say the books sounds pretty interesting. I always thought it would be lonely to live forever if you had to lose your friends and family. If I found somebody I wanted to be with forever I would stay with that person, providing that person would want to live forever as well. I wouldn't change somebody against their will.
(
Amy Christian 7:46pm January 4, 2011)

Your books sound very interesting.
(
Mary Christian 8:25pm January 4, 2011)

I have to admit I have never read your books, but after reading the little "clift Note" you gave on your characters, I will have to check them out and introduce them to my book group.
(
Debbie Santos 8:32pm January 4, 2011)

Only if he was my true soul mate...but I might want to look a bit first!
(
Pamela Stewart 8:38pm January 4, 2011)

I'm with Pamela - as soon as I read your question, "soul mate" popped into my head. I'd go for the one person if they were "the one". I can't imagine loosing people you loved over & over & over for hundreds of years.
(
Diane Sallans 9:39pm January 4, 2011)

This is one of the (many MANY) reasons why I love the Glory Series. Forever-ever doesnt seem so long when your in love, but after the 5,000th time you argue over who is going to do the dishes, you've got to wonder if the grass is greener on the other side. I will always route for Jerry and his lass to be together, but realistically, it is good for both of them to take breaks.
(
Kristen Beard 9:48pm January 4, 2011)

Please enter me in this fantastic contest on freshfiction.com
I love Vampire stories and movies and have been enjoying them since I was age 5. This one sounds fantastic too. God bless You and Happy New Year too. Thank You, Cecilia
(

I always like the diff. takes on a vampire story.
(
Maria Antunes 10:19pm January 4, 2011)

Always enjoy reading the paranormal and I love reading about vampires. Been a big fan ever since I was little and my Mom and I watched Dark Shadows. Thanks for the contest.
(
Teresa Ward 10:38pm January 4, 2011)

If I could live forever, I would eternally play the field to find the right man or until he comes along and then tie myself to him eternally.
(
Kai Wong 11:59pm January 4, 2011)

I so agree with Kia! This sounds great another to be added to my TBR
(
Dawn Vaeoso 3:47am January 5, 2011)

Immortal or not, it depends on the man! I've read all your books! I love
Glory and I wish I had a friend like Flo. She is hysterical.

You do know how to stretch the imagination to include things that I used to think were just for kids. But not anymore, vampires are mainstream now and even hot.
(
Alyson Widen 4:40pm January 5, 2011)

Vampires, romance, love, and truth. this book is going to really good.
