Non-Fiction Memoir

Every woman when she finds a breast lump wants to hear the good news. Most of them do. Sometimes the good news allows you to live in denial, told don't worry about it, you have common cysts or fibrocystic disease. It is those women I must find and give them Maureen's story, to educate them on what killed Maureen and what you must do to prevent it from happening to you. I know from fact thousands of women are sitting at home happy, told not to worry, but they indeed are on the same path as Maureen, they have breast cancer right now but were told not to worry. They did not receive standard of care in diagnosing treatment and follow up of their breast lump, that is why Maureen made me promise her to tell her story.

It was for you, all the women that are just like Maureen, that were told not to worry, but in fact will have serious consequences and sometimes death due to delayed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of your breast lump.

I promised Maureen I would tell her story. I have. I also promised Maureen I would save another women's lives, and I have dedicated my life to doing that, but there are so many more I have to reach. Everyday that goes by is another day you have lost your chance to fight and beat your breast cancer. Reading this book allows you to have the knowledge that could have prevented Maureen's death. Every women that reads this book will never let this happen to them.
