The victims worked for a secret government lab that was studying a captured vampire, Stewart Tanner. Driven mad, Tanner broke free and took revenge on his tormenters. Now heβs threatening to kill a powerful judge unless the feds promise to leave him alone.
Forced to use his supernatural abilities to track a vampire gone bad, Lee has trouble concealing his true nature from Dr. Victor Wayne, the researcher who captured Tanner in the first place.
