Paranormal investigator Cassie Storm is on a mission to uncover the mysteries of Harrow Lake. But when her boat is attacked by a terrifying cryptid, she realises she might be out of her depth.
Fortunately, the mysterious Azul is there to rescue her, fighting off the beast before taking Cassie back to his cave. This tentacled man of the lake is desperately curious about Cassie: eager to explore their physical differences and discover just what makes a human woman tick. What makes her squirm. What makes her scream.
Will Cassie be able to resist Azul’s charms and maintain her journalistic integrity? Or will she take comfort in the lonely lake monster and show him how grateful she is for him saving her life?
Rescued by the Lake Monster is a short, erotic novella containing explicit sexual content. It is the second book in the Cassie Storm: Paranormal Investigator series, but can be enjoyed as a standalone work.
