Summer Reading Suggestions
 Aloha from Hawaii. Here in the islands, it's summer all year long. We do a lot
of outdoor cooking! This is my favorite recipe for marinating chicken. I use
boneless, skinless thighs and breasts. (I just sort of dump and mix.)
Summer Barbeque Marinade
Place pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs and breasts in a large Ziplock
bag. (Lots of chicken!)
Mix in a bowl:
1 cup of soy sauce
