Jenna Jones gets a divorce for her fortieth birthday from her "starving artist" husband Damien. Although Jenna vows she is finished with men, there seem to be plenty in this cozy little beach town who are interested in her. The characters in Moonlight Harbor are a sundry lot, but bring some interesting perspectives to the table. Jenna is strong, resilient and resourceful. The plot takes several unexpected twists and turns on its way to a delightful ending. This is a story about reshaping your life and finding a rainbow in every storm. It's hard to grow up at any age, as both Jenna and Sabrina are quickly learning. Their mother/daughter relationship is a dicey one throughout the story. Ms. Roberts includes some of the recipes mentioned in this charming story at the end of the book. Can't wait to see what life has in store for Jenna in Moonlight Harbor. It seems there may be some cross-over with Ms. Roberts Icicle Falls series. What fun!
