Jasmine Tremaine is a seven-hundred year old witch who drives a 1956 aqua and white Thunderbird with Irma, a fifty year old ghost who is her passenger. Irma refuses to leave the car, since she was the previous owner when she was alive. As a modern witch, Jasmine makes a living eliminating curses and works as a driver for the All Creatures Limo Service.

But as things start falling into place; Jazz sees a blast from her past. Her ex-vampire lover, Nikolai Gregorivich has come back after thirty years and needs Jazz's help. Vampires are disappearing and Nikolai can't figure out who could be responsible. Nick didn't leave things in the best of ways with Jazz when they parted ways. And Jazz tends to conjure fireballs and aim them at his head when she gets angry. Nick works as his own private investigator of sorts and hopes if he can get Jazz on his side, they will be able to team up and solve this mystery.

Jazz has so much on her plate as it is. Now she has to contend with her frustrating lust for Nick, her job driving the sleaziest of creatures, her bunny slippers named Fluff and Puff who will eat anything they come in contact with and an old enemy who wants to rule the night and make Jazz his sex slave. Nick is indeed Jazz's one weakness and she finally gives in and will help him. As these two team up together, they find out that there are more powerful forces at work who want evil to win and destroy all that is good.

Linda Wisdom has written a hoot of a story. She has taken a wise cracking witch and her sexy undead lover and has made them the new super couple to look forward to. 50 WAYS TO HEX YOUR LOVER has great laughs, non stop action and a wonderful romance. Jazz is an excellent heroine and a true feminist. She likes to take matters into her own hands and doesn't need a man to help her, even though she tends to find herself in some interesting scrapes. It is a good thing she has magic on her side! And Nick is everything a woman would want in a man. He is protective, sexy and his love for Jazz is a beautiful thing.

Where else can you read about fuzzy bunny slippers who come alive and are always hungry? They practically take over the story and I was hoping they would become Jazz's sidekicks. And Irma the ghost is yet another character who also brings forth laughs and ends up helping out Jazz in more ways than she could have ever thought. Linda Wisdom has a hit on her hands and I hope this is a start of a new series with a cool witch chick, her sexy vampire P.I. and her trials trying to get by in a time when magic can't always take someone's problems away. 50 WAYS TO HEX YOUR LOVE was a joy to read and I urge you to pick this book up. You will be smiling all the way to the final chapter.
