I grew up in England reading Georgette Heyer and other historical romances, always dreaming that I’d write one myself. Life kept on getting in the way. I studied history and wrote non-fiction, changed careers a couple of time, raised a daughter. Now I write Regency set romances for Avon, enjoying my characters’ happy endings as much as my own. I live in beautiful rural New England where I survive the winters by skiing and the summers hiking and gardening.
