Jillian Michaels

Jillian's dynamic approach emphasizes strength-training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life. Jillian's intense and effective technique incorporates the best of kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, plyometrics, and weight training to achieve optimal results.
