Susan. My daughter does have a relationship with her father. I
am friends with him as well, and so is my current husband. I
truly wanted what was best for HER! Thank you for saying that.

You're welcome, Linda. Marcelyn--that needs to go on your
bucket list. Upscale musicals are soooo fun.

You would love it, LeeAnne.

Re: The Surprising Enchantress (12:41pm September 16, 2013):

Callie, this Cinderella is not Disney, it's Rodgers and
Hammerstein. Big difference. The original Broadway
Production was in 1958, when Cinderella was portrayed by
Julie Andrews. I laugh when I think of the movie Victor
Victoria! Both Julie Andrews and Leslie Ann Warren play a
transvestite and hooker, respectively. Because Mary Poppins
and Cinderella, respectively. It's a great movie from the
early 80's. Hysterical!

It was CRAZY, Beth. Great story!

Re: The Surprising Enchantress (10:35am September 16, 2013):

Exactly! Cherie. My story is a take off from the '65 version
with Leslie Ann Warren and Ginger Rogers.

Re: The Surprising Enchantress (10:25am September 16, 2013):

It was a great trip. The first time I was there, I'd gone to
a conference in NJ. I stayed a couple of extra days to go
into the city. I saw Promises Promises w/Kristin Chenowith
and Sean Hayes. I was sitting next to this lady who was
looking at her program. She said, oh, look, the boss is the
same guy who played the bad guy in Ghost. I grabbed my
program and started looking at the actors credits. And
couldn't believe I hadn't been there before. That was about
3 years ago. Now I've been 4 times!
