My biggest balance issue is very similar to yours...I just can't say no. I always take on too much and then stress out & panic when I can't complete it all on time.
I think for 2013 I am going to focus more on my family and health. We have drifted away from "quality" family time and it's time to change that. I also want to take time out for me...reading & down time when I feel the pressure build.
