I would agree - Sherrilyn Kenyon's Carpathians are really bad, but for me there was one book that I read the first chapter and put the book down because I just couldn't go there - John Grisham's A Time To Kill. I couldn't handle what those two young men did to that young girl. I can read about the vampires riping out throats - but what they did to the girl. It is to real.
