First of all, good luck on your move. I hope you enjoy your time in Japan. I would love to visit, but can't even think of the logistical nightmare involved in an overseas move.
That having been said, there has really been only one sure way for me to de-stress and forget. Reading gave me the ability to go places and do things that I knew I would never be able to do otherwise. I was able to immerse myself in the story and forget about whatever my problems, concerns or stresses were. So, thank you for giving me another story.
