Re: Waking Up Joy (6:53pm May 2, 2015):

Leona, did you step out of Spavinaw Junction, the small
town in my book? :-) Sounds like you and my mom would get
along. And I'm glad to hear about your nursing school
experience. It's good to know that I didn't miss the mark.
Have a happy weekend!

Re: Waking Up Joy (7:01pm May 1, 2015):

Peggy, your story is an inspiration to me. Wow. Thank you
for sharing!

Re: Waking Up Joy (9:12am December 6, 2014):

I loved that comment too, Tava. I looked on social media a
few times Vanessa. I don't think she's on social media yet,
but I'll keep looking. :)

Re: Waking Up Joy (11:10pm December 5, 2014):

Thanks, everyone. And Peggy, I think I read more books in Winter than
Summer!

Re: Rose House (6:54pm May 26, 2014):

Thanks for your thoughtful comments everyone. I hope you
enjoy Rose House if you get a chance to read it! And yes,
Tina Ullrich, I do have a collection of ornaments from my
travels. Two of my favorites are a tiny hand-carved horse
from The Isle of Iona in Scotland (My backpacking days) and
a pair of flip-flops from Hawaii (My soft mattress days!).

Re: Shadowed By Grace (10:57am May 23, 2014):

A great post for this upcoming weekend. Thanks for reminding
us what this weekend is about. It's beautiful that your heart
is in memorializing those who have served.
