Grace has an unusual kind of job, or “calling,” and she goes after the bad guys while being a good mom and happy wife. She is intelligent, thoughtful, gracious, and kind. Her colleagues and acquaintances add a second layer of intrigue to the story, as everyone has a unique backstory. The action starts quickly, and there are no wasted pages as Grace works the case. Good, solid writing and a nice, quick pace really pack a punch and provide readers with an entertaining and satisfying mystery.
