ONE DARK KISS takes fans back to author Rebecca Zanetti’s dark twisted fairytale world. Picture Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in a dark and sometimes evil setup.  You will never be able to see that one again the same way. Tying into the Snow White theme a bit is an evil stepmother and half-brothers on Alexei’s side, and the dwarves are Rosalie’s boarders – elderly gentlemen who have secrets of their own. Amidst the fairytale setup, we get to peek at the goings-on of Rosalie’s friend Alana (and her husband Thorn) and Ella (who I personally cannot wait for her story) all introduced in One Cursed Rose.

Rosalie and Alexei work to prove that he was framed while Alexei also works to reclaim his inheritance, Hologrid Hub. There seems to be nonstop action as many twisted things begin to happen to both of them. Alexei is determined to keep her safe and most importantly by his side as they fight the evil that seems to be coming from all different directions.

ONE DARK KISS is a mix of bratva (Russian) mafia and a twisted fairy tale with a darkness that should show no light. However, it is also filled with friends and laughter along with a romance that is hot and steamy to go with the danger and intrigue that is expected in anything written by Ms. Zanetti. The other twist to this series is the play on social media and the crystals that each family fires up to feed the media they control. A cut-throat world indeed.

You do not have to read One Cursed Rose to enjoy ONE DARK KISS, but you will want to read Alana’s and Thorn’s story after this one gets a hold of you!
