He is shocked by their ability to read one another’s minds as much as she is, but it begins to fit in with his psychic gifts. Their abilities grow stronger along with their lust for one another – as they try to understand their connected pasts.

Author Rebecca York has an amazing talent for telling stories with a sweet yet steamy romance and still adding the danger and intrigue that goes well with a mystery.  The actions start quickly and continue as the pages get turned as quickly as the readers can.

The mystery of Rachel and Jake’s past leads them to a fertility clinic that no one wants to talk about. In fact, the doors to the little town suddenly begin to close on them after they start asking about the clinic. This adds to the mystery and even after speaking to a nurse who worked there, they didn’t get many answers.

There are several surprises that no one will see coming that add to the fast pace, as readers can’t wait to see what happens next. There is another couple involved who seem to have the same abilities but – well, you will have to read SUDDEN INSIGHT to find out what and who these people are. There is closure for this particular book but since this is a series there are some things that are still up in the air.
