Small Town | Romance Western

Max Romero is a ranch hand on his military friend's family ranch. He's been keeping a secret from his friends. Max's friends are about to go searching for him, but he turns up with a surprise. Phoebe Creighton-Smith is from the English High Society. Her family has kept to the old ways when it comes to an inheritance. Phoebe thought she had a solution, but the marriage of convenience didn't work like she thought. Now Phoebe is searching for her husband Max to get her inheritance, but it just may take THREE COWBOYS AND A BRIDE to help them find forever.

THREE COWBOYS AND A BRIDE is the last book in Kate Pearce's Three Cowboys series. The story is about a man keeping secrets from his friends. A woman who wants the dream house she's been promised in her inheritance. Max Romero was in the military on leave in Reno four years ago when he was approached by a British woman asking for a favor. Phoebe Creighton-Smith needs a short marriage of convenience to collect her inheritance after her father's death. Max and Phoebe marry and go their separate ways only to be reunited four years later when she needs to show the man she married. Lack of communication has her looking for him. Max leaves the ranch because of his PTSD occasionally but always returns but this time with a woman. His friends are surprised about the fact he has a sister and a wife they didn't know about. Phoebe spends time at the ranch helping out but Max is leery because of her being in British high society that she'd fit in and she has more money than he'd ever make. As time passes before they head to England for her sister's wedding, they become closer and realize they just may have something special. When Phoebe's brother shows up and is looking to interfere with their relationship a decision has to be made. Max makes a decision that his friends convince him that he needs to do what will make him happy. Meanwhile, Phoebe is back in England living in her dream house but it's just not the same without the man she loves. Will they make the right choices for true love or will they get divorced?

THREE COWBOYS AND A BRIDE is the final book in the Three Cowboys series by Kate Pearce. The author takes an impulsive marriage of convenience and takes it in a different direction with the main characters separating and then reuniting. The strong attraction from the first meeting comes into play as they're back together to show her family that her husband exists. There are other obstacles that they must work through and also the interference of her brother. They're supported by his friends and significant others. Kate Pearce's THREE COWBOYS AND A BRIDE has drama, romance, and a cute baby. The main characters must work through their issues as well as the complications of actually getting to know each other. Kate Pearce writes a story with love, romance, passion and some fun. THREE COWBOYS AND A BRIDE is a book for cowboy lovers and modern-day western romance. You are kept wondering if they will find their way back to each other. If you're a Kate Pearce fan then this is going to be a favorite read. If you're looking for a new cowboy romance to read, I'd recommend the whole series/trilogy of Three Cowboys: Three Cowboys and a Baby, Three Cowboys and a Puppy, and THREE COWBOYS AND A BRIDE. Each book's story is about Max Romero and his friends, Noah and Luke.

SUMMARY

New York Times bestselling author Kate Pearce is back with a delightful new romance about a gutsy cowboy who learns that he’ll gamble it all for the woman he loves . . .

Cowboy Max Romero is a married man—even if he hasn’t seen his bride since their impulsive Reno wedding. When the seriously sexy Brit Phoebe Creighton-Smith suddenly shows up in his life again, the last thing he expects is a request to play man-and-wife in front of her family. But it sounds like a challenge to the mischievous Max, who offers Phoebe one in return—give up proper English etiquette for riding the range like a real rancher’s woman.

Phoebe is willing to rope a stallion, if it means she can convince her grandmother to release the trust fund she’s entitled to after marriage. She’ll just have to pretend that her deliciously brawny “husband” isn’t tempting her to total abandon every minute of every day—and night. But just when the heat between them crackles into a blaze, Phoebe’s snobby clan forces Max to make a choice, he knows he’ll risk everything to convince her that with them, true love is a sure thing . . .
