Starving actress, looking for work -- this is what Leah
Klein is after Michael Raney, the love of her life, dumps
her because of commitment issues. Now, a big break comes
for her when a part comes up for her in War of the Soccer
Moms. Leah finds herself in the middle of a group of women
and four men, one of whom just happens to be Michael.
Michael is surprised to see Leah and glad because he
finally has a chance to win back the only woman he's ever
wanted. Leah still has feelings for him, but she's
skeptical of his level of commitment. He finally tells her
that when they were together the first time, he was a
secret agent for the CIA. She doesn't believe him until
she's the captive of a real-life bad guy out to get Michael.
I liked that it was the guy pursuing the girl instead of
the other way around. And Leah realizes that it's up to
Michael to figure out that they're the right match. The
characters seem too good to be true, but EXTREME BACHELOR
is a wonderful and fun read.
A former CIA operative, Michael Raney loves that his new
gig as stunt coordinator combines the two things he likes
most in this world—extreme sports and lots of beautiful
actresses. He has earned his reputation as the Extreme
Bachelor honestly…but when one of the actresses on a new
feature film turns out to be the only woman he could never
forget, Hollywood’s notorious heartbreaker will have to
mend his ways and risk it all to win the one who got away.
Leah Klein hasn’t seen Michael in five years, but she
hasn’t forgotten a single moment she spent with him. His
entreaty to return to what they had is tempting—but his
extreme past not only tarnishes what could be a new
beginning, it’s also dangerous…extremely dangerous…
