MILLION DOLLAR DEMON by Kim Harrison

Kim Harrison has returned to the Hollows world and has presented readers with another adventure with Rachel and her gang. Fans of this series will have much to look forward to as many familiar faces return, creating a wonderful reunion.

Similar to her style in previous books, Harrison stays true to Rachel’s character, giving her snark and style as she battles the bad guys. If you want to read about a heroine who doesn’t just kick ass, but also has a fun personality then I think you’ll find Rachel Morgan to be a good fit for you.

I enjoyed the vampire emphasis on this book because it opened up a lot more of the world that we haven’t seen much of in the Hollows. Rachel has taken on the large task of saving the city, so you can expect a lot of magic and mayhem in MILLION DOLLAR DEMON.

I am definitely looking forward to reading more in the Hollows world. Harrison manages to keep her long-standing series going with this installment without making it feel dry or repetitive. Hopefully, we’ll get to see more sides to the characters or the world in future books as well.
