As a book junkie, I have been a fan of Brooklyn Wainwright and the Bibliophile Mystery series from the start. Who can resist a smart heroine who is surrounded by books all the time? The thing I’ve always enjoyed about Kate Carlisle’s books is her ability to throw you off and surprise you with the big reveal. I’ve gotten it wrong so many times in this series that my list of suspects was pretty much anyone who wasn’t Brooklyn or Derek.
