Rebecca and Brian always felt they had a perfect life. Rebecca worked for the FBI and was Brian a coder with National Security. As they both moved up the chain line at their jobs, their marriage was on its way down. Rebecca was working more and more and Brian was taking care of their two kids, Kira and Tony.

Throughout this dreadful situation, Rebecca has a feeling that Brian is hiding something from her. Brian begins to realize that Rebecca is getting suspicious about how he is involved with everything. Will either one tell the other what is going on?
I really enjoyed THE POWER COUPLE by Alex Berenson. Berenson really kept me guessing about what was going on. I was also intrigued by the relationships between parents and children, and how they can change as everyone grows older. I did find myself skimming some parts because I wanted to return to the action of the story. If you like thrillers,THE POWER COUPLE by Alex Berenson is the book for you. I have to say the ending completely surprised me!
