I love cozy mysteries that focus on crafting so I couldn’t wait to dive into LAST PEN STANDING! Vivian Conroy did not disappoint as I have fallen in love with the whole idea of the "Paper Posse" and the various outlaw names each member has chosen as their pseudonym. Delta is a strong heroine and I love her loyalty to Hazel. I’m curious to know more about Jonas Nord and his history. However, I have to admit it’s his dog Spud that I’ve fallen in love with and can’t wait to see again.

Vivian Conroy crafts a well-written and engaging mystery populated with some quirky and oh so endearing characters (particularly the members of the Paper Posse) and I can’t wait to see what is in store for them next.
