Campbell has you caring about the characters and then she shocks you with unexpected events that keep you reading and thinking of nothing else. I could not put this book down and hated it when I had to. I loved reading this novel!

Michele Campbell does an awesome job of telling the side of many characters at different points of the story without losing the reader. The spellbinding pages keep you on your toes, as you don't see the events that are coming. Suspense of surprises keeps coming when you least expect it. SHE WAS THE QUIET ONE by Michele Campbell is most certainly an amazing suspense novel that you will want to read!
