Romance Paranormal

On a whim and after a terrible day, Christina Beaumont buys a beautiful tapestry she sees hanging on the wall of a small shop. Buyer's remorse has her trying to return it only ... the shop isn't there, she looks through the window to see only dust and dirt from non-use. Well, it looks like with her money gone and no way to return it -- it becomes CHRISTINA'S TAPESTRY. The tapestry magically sends her into the world it portrays. A medieval castle in Javara (which kind of feels like Scotland to me) with two brothers, warriors of the House of Garan, who are quickly vying for her affections. Jarek and Marc are thrilled to learn the tapestry is involved because it means that one of them will have Christina as his wife. And so the competition begins to win the heart and body of Christina. She isn't sure about any of this and though trying to wake herself up does no good, she soon learns that there is a way home. The tapestry will come for her and if she wants to go back, it will take her. Problem is -- with two gorgeous men doing their darnedest to win her heart why would she want to go back? CHRISTINA'S TAPESTRY is a steamy, fun read. You are transported to medieval time but I'm pretty sure author N.J. Walters did a little rewrite in this romp into history. I liked all the characters and there were others involved in this world besides Jarek and Marc, a few others come along to try to tempt Christina too. When it came time to choose I knew Christina would choose well. This is a erotic, fun read that will give you a few moments to forget the world around you and enjoy. I do feel compelled to let readers know that this a re-release of CHRISTINA'S TAPESTRY from Ellora's Cave in 2005 as I am a recent reader to Ms. Walter's books I can't tell you if there were any updates or rewrites to this newer edition.

SUMMARY

Captivated by a lush tapestry she sees in a shop window, Christina Beaumont impulsively buys it, never imagining how that one action will change her life. The magical tapestry not only transports her to a world that resembles medieval Earth, but also into the arms of two massive warriors who both want to claim her. Jarek and Marc, brothers of the House of Garen, are elated to discover the tapestry has delivered Christina to them, but ancient tradition dictates that they must compete for the right to be her husband. Both separately and together, the two will indulge Christina in every sensual way possible, taking her to passionate heights beyond even her most intense fantasies. As the time for Christina to choose between the two men draws near, she is confronted with another option: she can return to her own modern world. Fearing their loss, Jarek and Marc will join forces to convince Christina to stay with them, even as they fight a rival family for the right to keep her as their very own . . .
