Giovanna Fletcher writes a delightful tale, that begins as Maddy is about to walk down the aisle to marry Robert, her forever best friend. Standing next to him is Ben, her other best friend forever. How is it possible that Maddy loves both of these handsome, charming men? A good friend from Uni answered that question. Chose a love story and stick to it. That's what she did.

I must admit I did not agree with her choice. I finished the book with a heavy heart but felt better as I read the epilogue. True, any girl would be touched, tempted. swayed by the romantic and nostalgic weekend in Paris. Remembering where their love began, a perfect place to propose and Maddy said, "YES."

This is a heartwarming yet heartrending story that is filled with buckets of charm, laughter, bittersweet memories, and, in the end, a choice. If I were to pick one word to describe my feelings after reading YOU'RE THE ONE THAT I WANT, it would be wondrous! I loved it! Giovanna Fletcher has a new fan.
