Stephanie is a single mother. She is raising her son Miles, after her husband David and brother Chris were killed in a car accident. Stephanie and David had been married for about six years. Chris is her half-brother; Stephanie knew nothing about him until her father passed away. There was a strange bond between Stephanie and Chris. The really strange part is that the bond was so strange, they had an affair. It continued after her and David were married.
Emily is married to Sean, they have one child Nicky. Emily befriends Stephanie one day at the boy's school, and they become fast friends. Wow, this is the first word that comes into my mind. This is the first book by Darcey Bell, and I have to say can't wait for the next one. There were so many twists and turns in this mystery that I didn't know what was coming next. Darcy's story was fantastic. Three people mixed up, but none of them knowing about their connections.
If you really love suspense and mystery pick up this book. I read it in one day. Just couldn't put it down. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Would love to see a sequel to this book. How did they all end up.
