China loves the life she has working on computers for
Cysnet, it's something
she really enjoys. China\'s other hobby is to
collect old items that she finds in second hand stores. So
all in all, China has a very routine life; she goes to the
same place the same day of the week, orders the same
thing on certain days.
While working at Cysnet, Jackson
Cooper the CEO calls China into his office and before she
knows it, China is assigned to a classified project with
the government. The only one that she is to report to is
Jackson. China is not real crazy about taking this
assignment, but knows Jackson is counting on her.
In the mist of all of this, China\'s niece comes to live
with her and she meets her new neighbor Clark. China is not
one to upset her routine, but Clark does his best to get
her out of her comfort zone. Several of the people that
China is working with start dying. What is the
connection to all of this? Clark also seems to be
popping up where China feels he doesn\'t belong. Does
Clark have something to do with the murders?
Though all of this, for a girl who never has had a
serious relationship with a man, now China has two men that
want her. Who will she follow?
I have read pretty much all of Tiffany Snow\'s series. Tiffany
is one of my favorite writers. She combines suspense
and romance, two of my favorite things. I truly love
her series. Several times I had to go on Amazon and
order the rest of the series that I was reading as I can
never put her books down. I read them until my eyes
can\'t take it anymore. So I was excited to pick up this new
series, Corrupted
Hearts.
Can\'t wait to see what will happen in the next book in
this series, BREAK
ME. Who does she end up with, Jackson or Clark?
What is the next problem she will have to deal with?
Will her routine change at all? How will having her
niece live with her change anything? In the meantime, I
highly suggest you get started on FOLLOW ME. Lose your sleep
with me!
Brilliant, quirky twenty-three-year-old China Mack is
totally satisfied with her carefully ordered, data-driven
life. A computer prodigy who landed a coveted programming
job at the cutting-edge tech company Cysnet before even
graduating from MIT, China is happiest when following her
routine: shower before coffee, pizza only on Mondays,
bedtime at ten thirty sharp.
But then things start to get a little…unpredictable.
First Jackson Cooper—Cysnet’s rich, gorgeous, genius
CEO—assigns China to a dangerous and highly classified
project for a government defense contractor. Her
sixteen-year-old runaway niece suddenly arrives in town,
begging to move in with China. And then there’s her sexy but
oddly unsettling new neighbor, Clark…
Quickly the Cysnet assignment becomes disconcerting—and then
downright scary—as key staffers turn up dead. China suspects
she’s being followed and isn’t sure whom she can trust. For
the first time ever, she’ll have to follow her instincts,
rather than logic, if she’s going to survive.
