Pippa Bay Cox, a 26 year-old Brit beauty, is sick of crunching numbers as an associate engineer. Deciding to surprise Mark, her 44 year old boyfriend, she heads home to have an unexpected lunch with him. Together for almost a year, surely he would cheer her up and make her feel better about a job she hates. Surprise! Surprise! At Heathrow Airport, Jensen is returning to Boston after cleaning up a mess-up by his office in an upcoming legal matter. His route to his seat is blocked by a tall, attractive young lady who looks confused. He offers to assist and discovers she is his seat mate. Too soon Pippa is babbling to cover her nervousness and drinks too much complimentary champagne. Too much bubbly, too fast, on an empty stomach is causing her to ramble and when she burps, Jensen feigns sleep to escape her. Jensen decides she is not his type and although she is a gorgeous lady, ultimately he thinks she is a completely nutty character. At 34, divorced from a marriage that lasted only four months, his only interest is his career. He works almost 24/7 wanting to become a partner in his law firm. He has no life except work. That is soon to change big time.

Christina Lauren never disappoints. I always fall in love with the male lead and Jensen is no exception. What is not to love about this tall hunk, with deep green eyes and a dimple buried in his left cheek? He is gorgeous, bright and so funny. So what if he irons his pants and wears cashmere sweaters instead of Tee's. He polishes his shoes, unpacks his suitcase as soon as he arrives home from a trip and is just plain adorable. Jensen is almost perfect! Pippa is sweet, honest, with a big heart, and always true to herself. A colorful character who everyone loves, she makes me laugh and cry.

This is the ninth in the BEAUTIFUL series and Hanna, Will, Max and Sara, Niall and Ruby play warm roles in sub-plots during this wild, wonderful journey to visit the vineyards and breweries along the East Coast, ending up in a lavish rented cabin in Vermont. It is a story filled with smiles, some hot steam, and in the end the happy ending that always makes me happy and wanting more. 5 Stars. What a fantastic duo and another winner. Simply irresistible and could not lay it down. I loved, loved, loved it!
