Mason Kane and his team are on a Special Operations mission in Syria to support their colleague Boland. Boland is the best of the best, and though they don't know the specifics of his mission they know him and the mission's importance. Their mission is quickly compromised and they realize they are under attack and have been set up. To make matters worse Boland is taken hostage and they know there is no time to save him.
With the help of strike team member Renee Hart and their CIA contact, David Castleman, they are determined to learn the truth, even as they realize it may lead right back to the one place they feared: the White House. Everyone is seeking answers; their team members were murdered because of a traitor and they must discover the culprit.
Wow, there was excitement and adventure from the first word. WARNING ORDER so action-packed as stuff blows up around soldiers fighting for what is right. Political thrillers are a personal favorite, but I'm never shy about pointing out a book's flaws. I have to admit the first few pages had me rolling my eyes, but then I was shocked at the improvement. The story evolves from cheesy lines to a real story rather quickly. WARNING ORDER is an exciting page turner and enjoyable book, thrilling readers with surprises you never see coming. Joshua Hood is someone I will read in the future.
