Is lunch the best part of your day? If yes, then you will relish having a taste of COMICS SQUAD #2: LUNCH with your meal. If you start smirking and laugh, other kids will come over to see what is so funny. If your mouth is full, you will have to let them see COMICS SQUAD #2: LUNCH and then watch them grin.

LUNCH is a great collection of eight different graphic comics nicely sandwiched together by the creators of BABYMOUSE & LUNCH LADY(aka Jennifer L. Holm, Mathew Holm & Jarrett J. Krosoczka). These stories are primarily targeted to the interests of kids in middle school grades, yet will also be of interest to teens and adults (who will well remember Charles M Schulz's Peanuts characters) as they laugh over Snoopy's efficiency as a Lunchtime Beagle.

LUNCH is nicely edited with a range of different comics all featuring lunch related humour and it is similar to COMICS SQUAD #1: RECESS. Science class will not be the same after reading The Case of the Missing Science Project by Jason Shiga or PikPut & Cullen in ... Worst Day Ever! For myself, I love how Lunch Girl by Jarrett J. Krosoczka handles the school bully, had an interesting history lesson with Lucy & Andy Neanderthal: Cave Soup by Jeffrey Brown and was wowed by the change in a talking bologna in Crazy Little Thing Called Lunch by Cece Bell.

So to make your lunch even better, check out COMICS SQUAD #2: LUNCH! Not only will you have a good laugh, it will fit nicely in your lunch box, too!
