Keeping a secret is hard at the best of times, but keeping the fact that you are a wolf shifter from a partner is nearly impossible ... but that's what this SEAL IN TOO DEEP has got to do. Allan Rappaport's new dive partner is Debbie Renaud, a human and a woman who is pushing all his wolfy buttons.
Debbie has always wanted to be a diver and to be partnered with the sexy Allan is a dream come true. She knows he's on loan and when his original partner is healthy it might come to an end, but she's going to enjoy it while she can. They aren't dating or anything, but he does have a way of pushing her very human buttons.
There's a murder to solve, and when a werewolf hunter takes a shot at Debbie things get very bizarre. She finds out all of Allan's secrets and what it means to be like him ... the hard way. And they still aren't dating!
SEAL WOLF IN TOO DEEP is a funny, fun, and extremely intriguing read. The chemistry between Allan and Debbie jumps right off the first page and Paul and Lori, co- leaders of the pack, are worried ...with good reason. Humans and shifters don't mix. Though he denies it a number of times his interest in Debbie is there and so is her's in him. The secret of his shifter status and her being human stand in the way, until is doesn't. I love Debbie's reaction to her new ability ... she was obviously angry and so darn cute. I enjoyed the drama of them not dating, her new outlook on life and her ability to hold back even when she wants nothing more than to rip off a piece of him. To be honest I haven't read a book by Terry Spear that didn't keep me glued to the pages and still wanting more ... and SEAL WOLF IN TOO DEEP is the same. If you are looking for a good mystery, a fantastic group of "people," plus funny, sweet and steamy romance then SEAL WOLF IN TOO DEEP is what you need in your hands.
