Romance Historical | Holiday | Romance Anthology

WHAT HAPPENS UNDER THE MISTLETOE is a sizzling historical romance holiday anthology by Sabrina Jeffries, Karen Hawkins, Candace Camp and Meredith Duran.

THE HEIRESS AND THE HOTHEAD by Sabrina Jeffries is the story of two strangers from different worlds that kiss under mistletoe by mistake. TWELVE KISSES TO MIDNIGHT by Karen Hawkins is the story of another kiss under mistletoe by mistake but the lady turns out to be the hero's long-lost love with a score to settle.

BY ANY OTHER NAME by Candace Camp is the story of a disguised heroine and a curious hero who met in the gaming club. SWEETEST REGRET by Meredith Duran is the story of another accidental mistletoe kiss but the hero turns out to be the rogue who broke her heart two years ago.

Four sizzling and sexy novellas of two mix-ups and two make-ups that happen on Christmas. Each author creates a short, sexy, romantic story with delightful banter between hero and heroine. The length of each story was perfect with a satisfying ending.

I love how the hero and heroine in Sabrina's story starts as enemies and then fall in love with a perfect plot and a nice holiday romance. Karen Hawkins creates a fantastic holiday story of two lovers separated for years and another magic kiss under mistletoe by mistake creates a scandal.

WHAT HAPPENS UNDER THE MISTLETOE is the first book I read by Candace Camp and I love it. It is romantic, witty, and the plot is just wonderful for a novella. The last one by Meredith is interesting with mystery and romance during a Christmas house party.

SUMMARY

Stunned by the heat of an unexpected kiss on a cold winter’s eve, two strangers from vastly different worlds turn hotheaded principles into burning passion in Sabrina Jeffries’s delightful yuletide story, The Heiress and the Hothead. In the snowy Scottish countryside, Karen Hawkins’s rakish duke has an unforgettable holiday encounter in Twelve Kisses when the alluring lady he surprises under the mistletoe is not who he expected, but a long-lost love with a score to settle. In By Any Other Name, Edinburgh is aglitter for Christmastime as Candace Camp sends a curious gentleman in hot pursuit of an intriguing lady in disguise—one who refuses to reveal her true identity, though she fears he has already stolen her heart with his kiss. In Sweet Ruin, will the festive spirit of the season sweep Meredith Duran’s feisty heroine beneath the mistletoe—and back into the arms of the dashing rogue whose carelessness soiled her reputation and sent her into exile in London? In this all-new story collection sparkling with sexy charm and heartwarming wit, four beloved bestselling authors reveal the mix-ups and make-ups, the missed chances and golden opportunities that come but once a year.
