Romance Contemporary

Welcome back to Mirabelle, Florida and book six in Shannon Richard's Country Roads series. This series has definitely made me a huge fan of this young writer and UNSUNG is sure to earn many more.

UNSUNG is an amazing love story that is guaranteed to capture your heart. UNSUNG is just more proof that Shannon Richard is a true romantic with an enormous talent for filling each of her stories with love. The characters that star in or support in these stories are just unforgettable, and each time we are blessed with a new installment taking place in Mirabelle we get the chance to have a marvelous heart-warming reunion. UNSUNG is a gorgeous piece of work. Each book in this series has made me sigh over the depth of passion and love contained in each and every page. UNSUNG candidly has surpassed every expectation. It is a love song -- a gift from Shannon Richard -- and it is to be replayed in your heart and mind over and over.

UNSUNG is about finding that one person who is it for you. Sometimes it isn't obvious -- other times it hits you right between the eyes. In UNSUNG, Liam James literally gets thunderstruck when he sets his sights on Harper Laurence for the very first time. Truly love at first sight. But they both settle on a short, sexy, passionate liaison that ends abruptly.

But it is readily apparent that this fling has legs and both Liam and Harper have been affected by their time together. Problem is, neither one really knows much about the other. They've done a good job of masking their full identity. Liam is just starting a career as a country music performer and song writer. Harper is a fan of country music but there is just no way she would put two and two together.

And therein lies the greatest challenge for Liam. He has no way to find Harper -- he doesn't know where she lives -- doesn't even know her last name. But she has captured his heart.

Fate is at play in this parry between Liam and Harper. Friends and family on both sides of the equation have doubts about anything solid forming from their one night. But as I said, fate has its hand in whether or not there is a future.

In Shannon Richard's stories, the men often have the more romantic soul and in UNSUNG it couldn't be more evident. Liam literally pours out his heart in his newest song but it is going to take some doing to get Harper to realize and accept that the muse in Liam's song is none other than Harper. UNSUNG is one of the most lovely love stories ever written. Do yourself a favor and get started on this captivating series filled with sassy dialog, sexy love scenes, heartwarming encounters and quirky loveable characters.

SUMMARY

ONE NIGHT IN NASHVILLE

Harper Laurence has been jilted on her way to the altar. Desperate for some time away from her friends and family, Harper takes off for Nashville-only to meet a hot, scruffy, tattooed stranger. A man she liked a little too much, and who left her the teeniest bit . . . well, pregnant.

Liam James is an up-and-coming country musician, who just found his muse. Ever since their weekend together, Liam hasn't been able to forget the curvy, vivacious woman who left him wanting more, even as she inspired some of the greatest songs he's ever written. He's determined to convince Harper that he's the guy for her . . . and that the best love songs can never be unsung.
