Ms. Chapman's books never fail to combine humor with
terrific characterization. She's populated Puffin Harbor
with a cast of people you just have to get to know. And
Duncan Ross is one of my favorites. I was glad to read his
story. If you haven't met these people yet (oh, you've GOT
