Dr. Tia McGarry is a twenty-nine year old psychologist
working on a breakthrough
that will unravel the mysterious biochemical nature of
what people call
love. Her belief is a good marriage is based on
friendship first, not on
sexual responses. Tia recently lost her grandmother and
is jittery and
seeing what isn't there. Or is it? Spotting a man
sitting in her living room,
big band music playing and green lights glowing under
closed doors have
the police attributing her complaints to her recent loss.
Knowing she must find another way, Tia contacts her ex-
lover, the wet
dream of every woman with a pulse. Declan Mancini is a
Paranormal
Investigator and Tia is sure this is all part of his
stupid pranks. Now is the
time to get him to stop. When Great Uncle Billy shows up
totally
manifested and iridescent it's time to rethink her
thoughts in the sexy Dec
and his belief.
Tia and Dec together investigate why Uncle Billy is back
and what he needs to move on. Could it be the 91-year-old
woman,
Cassandra Jameson, he's waiting for? Pranks and foolery
follow the
ornery Uncle Billy as he shows up at the right place,
always at the wrong
time. Tia just might have to restore her faith and belief
in this hunky man
and throw out the research she has built her career on.
MUST LOVE GHOSTS is Book one in a series involving
lovesick ghosts, a psychologist believing in
friendship, stability, and a hunky paranormal investigator
wanting to
make a forever life with this woman. I have not had the
pleasure of
reading any of the works by Jennifer Savalli but found
MUST LOVE GHOSTS completely
amusing with all the antics by their "ghost".
MUST LOVE GHOSTS is an easy book to sit
down and enjoy just for the pure pleasure of it. It is
exceptionally
entertaining and spell binding with the colorful
characters. I am anxious
to seek out more from Jennifer Savalli as I was caught up
in the intrigue from
page one.
Haunted? Call 1-800-GHOST-HUNK. Must Love Ghosts, Book 1 Tia McGarry believes love is nothing more than a biochemical cocktail, and she’ll have the research to prove it—as soon as she and her calm, stable, almost-fiancé land a research grant. Her biggest mistake, bad boy ex-boyfriend Dec Mancini, is firmly in her past. But when the ghost of her long-dead great-uncle moves into her living room, Dec is the only paranormal investigator with the skills to get rid of him. Dec is used to scorn and ridicule, but he never quite got over Tia’s refusal to believe. With irrefutable proof that ghosts exist manifesting in her house, he can finally earn respect for his profession—and maybe find common ground for himself and Tia to rebuild on. Tia can’t deny their crazy, chaotic chemistry is strong as ever, but as the ghost’s pranks threaten to put her grant out of reach, she must decide which is the greater risk: letting a ghost jeopardize her career, or falling in love with the man who could destroy her safe, stable life. Warning: Contains lovesick ghosts wreaking havoc, an absent-minded professor with a repressed wild side, and a hunky paranormal investigator who’s decided the best place to start rebuilding is in the friend zone.
